The hotel staff was very accommodating and attentive. The deluxe king room had convenient amenities like a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot in the heart of Jackson. It is situated next to a local grocery store and Lake Atitlan, which was a great perk.

the hotel was peaceful, truly enjoyed garden view from our triple room. the room we had included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities. location: the property was near to local grocery store, the lake and lake atitlan. nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Stunning location in the middle of jackson with absolutely gorgeous views. Also - so close to the lake and Lake Atitlan.
